Distribution Strategy

For distribution strategy, we use a direct marketing channel, has no intermediary levels, that is, the company sells directly to consumers. The remaining channels are indirect marketing channels, containing one or more intermediaries. So, we can see that now we focus only two distribution channel, which is a direct marketing channel. We are the producer/company sells our product directly to our target market customer through social media platform. We will do some advertising and marketing promotions to reach our customers as well as to make our company well known.  Besides that, we also hire an agent or dropship for helping us to enhance our company’s sales. We will educate our agent and dropship to achieve their target sales every month. This is because our company wants to expand our sales and market coverage and gains opportunities to tailor its products and services to the specific needs of diverse customer segments.

Promotion Strategy

In marketing, promotion refers to any type of marketing communication used to inform or persuade target audiences of the relative merits of a product, service, brand or issue. The aim of the promotion is to increase awareness, create interest, generate sales or create brand loyalty. We focus on sales promotion which is it includes a wide assortment of tools like coupons, contests, discounts, premiums, and others, all of which have many unique qualities. So we give the offer if one of our customers buy one jersey product form us, they will get three free gifts immediately. This is because we want to attract our customer to buy our product and feel worth it when they buy our product. Other than that, at certain promotions, we will give a free voucher worth MYR 10 off for next purchase, once they buy our product. As we can see that we want to encourage our customer to repeatedly order our product.     

Price Strategy

Price is the amount of money charged for a product or a service. It is the sum of all the values that customers give up to gain the benefits of having or using a product or service. So we have decided that we use the market-penetration pricing for our price strategy. So, our product price is basically MYR 70 compared to market price which is MYR 150. It can be seen that it will attract a large number of buyers and have a large market share. The high sales volume results in falling costs, allowing our companies to cut out process even further. This low-price strategy has been met the several conditions. First, the market must be highly priced sensitive (MYR 150) so that a low price produces more market growth. Then, production cost and distribution costs must decrease as sales volume increases. Finally, the low price must help keep out the competition, and the penetration price must maintain its low-price position.

It involves integrating a focus on the customer throughout the firm and across all functions. All company functions – marketing, selling, human resources, operations, and R&D – must work together to create an effective services marketing strategy Our company strategy differentiate ourselves by delivering consistently higher quality than our competitors provide. We try to give the best service ever on our products based on the materials and the design too. And also about the delivering services as we use the best courier services ever so that our customer can get their purchase products quickly. This is because we aim the customer to experience a better service quality from us and the customer can become our loyal customers for next purchase. Customer Value Proposition

Customer engagement is very important to us because our sales are depend on the purchasing power of the customer.  Firstly, we need to ensure that our price can be afford by our customer. It is because our customer come from different income that different from the other and to avoid the customer cannot afford our shirt, we will set up the price that are affordable and reasonable to all our customer. As a retailer, we have to come up with many design that trendy and attract the customer to buy it. Thus, our target market is for the teenagers because nowadays they like to wear a cloth that are follow the trend. We depend on customer to give their opinion or criticism towards our products. Thus, we will do survey when we want to open up the new design to the customer. This is to avoid dissatisfaction among the customers towards our products. ~1621367~

       We have listed our possible target market and ideal buyers to buy our products. It is divided into three segmentation which is demographic, psychographic and geographic. In demographic segmentation, it was listed into five categories which are gender, income level, age, education level, and marital status. Next, in Psychographic segmentation, we list out the customer interest whether, the fan of the game itself, the design of the cloth and love to playing games. Lastly, in geographical segmentation, we listed out the potential customer who lived in the Urban area as it was the place we sell our DOTA merchandise such as in Kuala Lumpur, Gombak, and IIUM.

Marketing Objectives

     Marketing is an action to promote and sell products or services, including market research and advertising. As for Tranquil Collection, we decided to make a lots of  marketing ideas because we want to promote and spread our brand to every ears in Malaysia. Market using video approach can make our brand spread easily when it touched the customer's emotion When our video advertisement had reach to customer, they will unconsciously felt like our company is actually care about them. This somehow will simply make them share  the message of the video to their friends. Next, the objective of marketing is to build relationship with the customers and to gain their trust. Showing feedback can make the customer believe that other people satisfied with our services and hence this will boost their perception towards the company. A customer analysis is a critical part for company's marketing plan. It is because this analysis identifies target customers' demographic and psycho graphic . This analysis is very useful when it comes to promotion and advertisement. Firstly in demographic part  is age range who wants to buy or products. We have noticed that the customer that bought our products is in 18 to 25 years old. Customers also mostly are men and from university level of education. We do not target women because they usually do not play play intense computer games like Dota. Moreover, we target customers whom are single and also married. Lastly, we also target customers who love playing computer games. Next, in psycho graphic part, we found that most of the time that our customers usually buy our products is on the end of the month and also during night around 7pm to 1am. They also required a longer time to make a decision whether want to buy or not because range of age is from 18 to 25 years

Competitors Analysis

Competitors Analysis is very important because we need to identifying our competitors and evaluating their strategies to determine their strengths and weaknesses relative to those of our own product. We noticed that, there are two competitors that we found, which are Gaming Apparel Malaysia and Meep_Store. Both of them have different products sold, strength, weakness and also marketing tools. Gaming Apparel Malaysia (GAM) sell some t-shirt with a general design of Dota and else. They also selling stickers and headset for gaming. The strength for this company is that they have a huge number of followers since they already operate 4 years ago. But however, they charge a higher price than us and no gifts. Recently GAM using Facebook and also Blog to promote their brand. Secondly is Meep_Store which selling products quite same with Tranquil Collection. They selling jerseys and also team hoodies. The strength of Meep_Store is the price itself where they charge cheaper than us. M

Industry Analysis

Industry analysis is very important for us to predict our company's performance in the future. We use Porter's 5 Forces Model to analyze our industry whether it is good enough or not. Firstly, we see that there is not much differentiation in the products sold in the industry. Many competitors sold products look same alike with each other, hence there will be very stiff competition in short coming. Secondly, the threat of new entrants to the industry. The level of difficulties for entering e-sports apparel industry is quite low. People can easily startup their business and sell products like us. Due to this easiness to enter the industry, there will be more competitors in the future. Moreover, the bargaining power by supplier is quite low, because there are many supplier located in Malaysia and even overseas that can provide us products with a low price. It is important for us to verified each of the Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Treat (SWOT) for our company. The first part of SWOT Analysis is about our company's strength. We provide many free gifts for the customers such as stickers, goodies bag and lanyard. We also produce high-end products with our label attach on it. Moreover, we noticed that this company does not have enough capital to provide ready stock products for our customers. For that reason, we collect orders for certain period but however, the production period is quite long. We want our brands to be competent, so we come up with four competencies that we want to achieve. Firstly, we have to make sure that all shirts that we produce must be high quality for customer to purchase. Other than that to make our workers have skills in our company, we will provide training for our workers to develop their skills. In addition to remain competitive in this business, we will create a good relationship from people outside the company example like relationship with popular brands such as Nike and Adidas. We also will make a good relationship inside the company like bonding among the workers to avoid any problems that may be happen in our company. When we work to achieve our goals, we are tends to be stress. In order to sustain in this type of business, we have develop four objective that we can compete with other brands. Firstly, our shirt's price is cheap than other brands. Even though our quality is high, we will make sure that the price is still cheap. Next, we want to be a pioneer brand in market for E-sport merchandise. We will produce shirt that are relevant and trending in E-sports. As a retailers that deals with delivery, we will ensure that our customer will get their shirt on time because we want to avoid any misatisfactions from our customer.      We sell several types of cloth to the customers especially for those who have the passion for Dota games. We are focusing on selling Team Dota jersey and hoodie for the beginning. The are several teams Dota that we sell such as Team Liquid, Team Fnatic, Evil Geniuses, Team Secret, Natus Vincere, and OG. So, the customers will have more choices and option to buy their favorite teams that they support for. Logo of The Company

    The inspiration came from the in-game DOTA item name which is 'Boot of Tranquility'. The words tranquil also known as peace. The first intention to sell these products is just on a small scale, so we just decide to use the words tranquil. We also want to make a logo using the capital letter 'T' so we come up with the Trojan Helmet.       The logo also shows the passion of a gamer as a warrior when they playing as they fight to win the game. The yellow color attracts the attention of the people to see what kind of products that we sell. ~1622361~

History Background

'Team Fnatic'        It began when we as a passion gamer of DOTA try to buy merchandise of several of our favorite team at that time which were Team Malaysia Fnatic, Evil Geniuses, and MVP (now we change to another team as they have changed their roster). Unfortunately, the price was too high for us to buy which was approximately about 69USD (after converting, it becomes about RM270+) for a team jersey shirt.         Based on the problem, we came an idea to sold copy original jerseys and merchandise ourselves for those who faced the same problem as us. In the beginning, we just sell it to the members, but after we got a warm welcome and good reviews, we decided to start up a company for it. ~1622361~
