Customers Analysis

A customer analysis is a critical part for company's marketing plan. It is because this analysis identifies target customers' demographic and psycho graphic. This analysis is very useful when it comes to promotion and advertisement.

Firstly in demographic part  is age range who wants to buy or products. We have noticed that the customer that bought our products is in 18 to 25 years old. Customers also mostly are men and from university level of education. We do not target women because they usually do not play play intense computer games like Dota. Moreover, we target customers whom are single and also married. Lastly, we also target customers who love playing computer games.

Next, in psycho graphic part, we found that most of the time that our customers usually buy our products is on the end of the month and also during night around 7pm to 1am. They also required a longer time to make a decision whether want to buy or not because range of age is from 18 to 25 years old and have lack of income to buy our products. Hence, Tranquil Collection will use all of these information about the customers for doing advertisement and promotion.
